    Day 13 # LightTheWorld: Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You

     
                                                      

    Kimball Hobby and his family are offering "service vouchers" to their neighbours as their "Light the World" gift this 2017 Christmas season.

    The voucher which is addressed to individual neighbours reads, "This voucher entitles you to one of the following services of your choice to be performed by your neighbours, the Hobby family."

    Make your choice of:

    a.  We will mow your lawns - front and back

    b.  We will wash your cars - inside and out

    c.  We will vacuum and mop all of your floors

    And unlike most vouchers, this one never expires! 

    Jesus taught, "All things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them." Matthew 7:12 

    The Hobby family of the Quakers Hill ward (congregation) of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are following what is known as the Golden Rule or "do unto others as you would have them do unto you".
