    The Mormon View of the Atonement

    During the Easter season of the year, the Christian world remembers the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Elder Jeffery R. Holland, an Apostle of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, expresses the Mormon view of the Atonement with excerpts from the Church’s Bible video, “He is Risen".  

    In his talk, "None Were with Him", he says that one of the great consolations of this Easter season is that because Jesus walked such a long, lonely path, we do not have to do so. For the complete talk, go to this link.
