Christmas came early this year for the Campbelltown Community. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Macarthur Stake (Diocese) Invited their community to The Spirit of Christmas Open House.
Several representatives from other faiths participated in a bus tour organised by the Afghan Fajar Association. They were joined by Masood Chowdhury, Campbelltown Councillor and local Church leader President Braden Murrin.
President Murrin escorted the interfaith group through the building answering questions about the Mormon Church. They concluded the tour with a meal prepared by the members of the congregation.
More than 500 visitors enjoyed the day viewing the beautifully decorated church auxiliary rooms and the dozens of Nativity displays including a “live” Nativity. A music program provided by members of the community was enjoyed by all.

During this Christmas season, Macarthur Stake has focused on ways they can #LIGHTtheWORLD, and so can you.
